We’re looking for a few good men, or women, or transgenders.
The first play event of our new organization falls on October 6 at Carpenter’s Hall in New Westminster. We need people to help with the following tasks:
- Setup
- Teardown
- Snackbar manager
- Front desk staff
We are also looking for a Party Coordinator to work on the planning the event and overseeing the event, a person with strong organizational skills and preferably with experience organizing such events.Note that these positions are only for the Oct. 6 party. After that, events will be organized by the newly elected board, who will select their own volunteers.

See you at setup time! Will there be a discussion before the day (or earlier in same) about the layout? A variety have been designed in the past, and it would be useful to know which will be chosen so the setup can go smoothly.
