MVK moves into our new venue, the Capri Hall, with another workshop and play party on
Friday , February 1st, 2008.
NOTE: this is on Friday, not our usual first Saturday of the month night. Why? It’s so good we had to have it a day early!
Location: Capri Hall (wheelchair accessible)

Workshop: Flame ON, 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm.
Play party with fully equipped dungeon, 9:30 pm - 2 am
Admission: $10 workshop, $20 play party, $25 both. Vancouver Dungeon Steering Committee vouchers accepted.
Workshop: “Flame ON” by Spencer Macdonell
Fireplay is a hot scene played carefully, if we can trust you with candles. Learn how to heat up your scenes by using flame. This is a hands-on workshop covering safety, fuels, technique, wand making and adding incendiaries.
Spencer Macdonell has been teaching (and attending) kinky skills workshops for twenty years, for VASM, Powerotic, NLABC, and Euphoria, Mayday, many Living in Leather conferences, BIO, Paradise and other leather events. Among his other talents, he runs Bad Bead Worx Slings.
We are new and will hopefully be attending our first play party on this Feb 1/08 one. Any advice for first timers…we have attended sn City several times and want to “play” without the restrictions around/with others.

For first timers, we suggest you get a sense of the norms and rules at our events before you play. Our rules will be posted for review, and you can ask one of our Dungeon Monitors in the red sashes for clarifications.
The major differences between us and Sin City is: no dancing, no liquor and no dress code. Fetish attire is appreciated but not required.

what if anything shud we bring other than our 2 curiosly willing bodies, our first time as well
Other than the price of admission, you need only bring yourselves. We have no dress code, though we ask that people dress up at least a little.

do you guys want one or two of the grate/saint andrews crosses at the party. i would be glad to bring them over. let me know soon. dusty
